Hamilton Chrono-Matic 50 Auto Chrono

1969 was the year of the first automatic chronograph movement and Hamilton played a leading role in it. The Caliber 11 inspired the design of dozens of sports models from 1969 onwards. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of this important horological milestone, Hamilton presents the Chrono-Matic 50. Unmistakable and bold, this watch certainly does not go unnoticed. The Count-Down is based on the Chrono-Matic E and is limited to 1,972 pieces. Powered by the H-31 automatic movement, with its 48 mm it definitely stands out. The “reverse panda” dial represents Hamilton’s stylistic signature. The bold red details underline the dynamism of this multifunction timepiece that includes the timer (“countdown”) from which the watch takes its name.
